PayU is looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join its team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and customer data, supporting risk strategies, identifying business opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to improve business performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SQL and Excel, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Analyze credit and customer data to support business decisions
Develop and improve credit risk strategies
Monitor portfolio performance and delinquency
Analyze credit bureau and behavioral data
Optimize credit decisions, approval rates, and credit limits
Prepare reports and dashboards
Work with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and other teams
Identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions
